BirdFest Auction

The June 17 BirdFest kickoff party also featured a few items that will be on the Silent Auction held during the Oct. 14-17 Alabama Coastal BirdFest.

Showing off two pieces that will go up for bids are Dr. John Porter, with Dauphin Island Bird Sanctuaries and Dr. John Borom, director of Faulkner State Community College in Fairhope. Dr. Borom is holding an autographed copy of "A Birder's Guide to Alabama" that was edited by Dr. Porter.
